We never touch your money
Your tenant pays the rent straight to you. We never hold your money, and we never hold the deposit. It does not come to us at all.
Your information is private
You only ever see your own properties, tenants and documents. Other people cannot see them, and you cannot see theirs. Everything is locked so only you can open it.

The property app you can just ask.
Most property software hands you another form to fill in. ProPixa already knows your properties, your tenancies, your costs and your certificates, so you can ask it the way you would ask a person. The answer comes back in seconds.
It reads pictures as well. When a tenant sends a photo with a repair, ProPixa looks at it, says what it reckons is wrong and tells you which trade to call. Half the job is done before anyone picks up the phone.

ProPixa has two sides. The lettings side runs the properties you already manage — adverts, applicants, tenancies, rent, repairs, safety compliance, documents and your tax records, with a free app for every tenant. The negotiator desk is the other side: enquiries, viewings, offers and the deal pipeline, for the people in your office who work lettings deals all day. You can use the lettings side on its own. The negotiator desk is an add-on for agencies that want it.
Landlords pay £7 a month for one property, £15 a month for two to five, and £29 a month for six to twenty, then £3.99 a property beyond twenty. Letting agents pay £5 a property a month with a £50 minimum, dropping to £4 beyond 50 properties and £3 beyond 150. Pay for the year up front either way and knock 10% off. That is the whole price — advertising, rent, tenants, compliance, documents, repairs and your tax records are all in it. Tenants never pay anything, and tradespeople list free — we take 8% only on jobs you win.

Most of this industry won’t tell you a price until you’ve sat through a sales call. Here is ours, next to everyone else’s — including the ones cheaper than us.

We are not the cheapest, and we say so
Arthur Online costs less per property than we do. We have put them in the table because you would find them in ten minutes anyway, and a comparison that hides the cheap option is worth nothing to you.
What the price does when you grow
Software charged per user punishes hiring — a six-person office pays double a three-person one before a single extra property. ProPixa charges per property for lettings, and every member of staff gets their own login free.
The one thing we price per seat is the agency negotiator desk: £49 per negotiator a month, on top of the lettings price. Free for your first month like everything else, for as many of your team as you want. After that we bill only the seats that actually signed in that month, so it cannot ratchet up the way a licence count does. In build now.
Tenants never pay, and never will
Your tenants get their own account for rent, documents and reporting repairs. It costs them nothing and it costs you nothing.
The AI is included, not an add-on
Repair triage, drafted replies to tenants and an assistant that knows your portfolio are in the price. Elsewhere an AI receptionist is a separate monthly line.
